You'll have a track record in Logistics, so you will already have an idea of what this opportunity will involve, but to give you an overview.


What you'll do and be part of:

  • Work with and report to the Logistics Manager
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and asset management
  • Ensure all stock and assets are used effectively
  • Utilise IT systems to optimize procedures
  • Identify solutions to improve existing systems and procedures, and where identified, create new policies and procedures
  • Update asset lists, with effective management oversight, to minimise stock loss/ financial detriment
  • Track the provision, retrieval, and retention of IT equipment provided to all employees, especially those working remotely
  • Track the provision, retrieval, and retention of reasonable adjustments (health and safety) provided to all employees, especially those working remotely
  • Communicate with our suppliers and key stakeholders to achieve improved customer satisfaction, best supply deals and better supply chain and asset management

What will you bring:


  • Oversee a "lifecycle" approach to all purchases to promote and increase sustainability throughout the company
  • Sustain and improve relationships with our courier company, striving for a cost and time efficient process + making claims for any lost equipment
  • Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the company, to ensure compliance

Support our IT department by:

  • Tracking IT equipment sent to WFH employees + compile reports on failed deliveries
  • Only sending out IT equipment based on current stock levels
  • Prepare and provide regular reports to the Head of Health, Safety and Facilities
  • Oversee a "lifecycle" approach to all purchases to promote and increase sustainability throughout the company
