Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager for a role within a successful building contractor in the Bristol area. You will be working in the insurance division, overseeing repairs & reinstatement works to residential properties following an insurance claim (fire, flood, escape of water and subsidence damage).

What is required:

·Contracts Manager experience dealing with repairs, maintenance, refurbishments to residential properties.

·Experience in managing trades teams.

·Experience in the insurance repairs industry is ideal

·You will need to be a confident IT/PC user (training on specific systems provided)

·You will need to have a full UK drivers licence (car or allowance provided)

Contracts Manager Package

·£40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

·Car or allowance

·Pension/holiday/hours - Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
