- Receiving and managing goods and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Inputting accurate stock data into our computerised system and maintaining up-to-date records
- Researching items for resale value and performing basic testing where required
- Listing items for resale across multiple E-commerce platforms, including EBAY
- Efficiently picking and packing orders with precision and care.
Interacting with customers to address queries and ensure satisfaction. - Safely handling product manoeuvring and adhering to manual handling procedures
- Operating in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, including responsible handling of hazardous materials
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and add value
- Experience in team environments and strong communication skills
- Methodical work ethic, numeracy, and IT proficiency
- Ability to plan, organise, and multitask effectively
- Understanding of health and safety protocols
- Flexibility to adapt to various duties and tasks as required
