We are searching for an engineer with a desire to lead both projects and a small software team, with a desire to improve the methodology, resource management and planning of software tasks in the team.

You will be working with the R&D Manager to establish realistic and attainable targets, manage deadlines whilst in tandem, mentor and train junior engineers.
