    WTW in Ipswich are looking for Customer Service Agents to join their Contact Centre team on a contract basis.

    This would be handling inbound calls and emails, answering customer queries and updating databases,£12.50 per hour, 3 month initial contract then moving to perm if successful.

    Monday
    • Friday in office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to the administration team
    • Answer the phones and respond to members queries
    • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs
    • Communicate with members via email
    • Make outbound calls when requiredPlease only apply if you can commute to Ipswich to work in the office.
