Executive Assistant - 12 month FTC


As a G.Network Executive Assistant you will play a pivotal role in the business operations, managing and supporting the C- suite Executives with both project and BAU activities.

You'll need to have experience of working with board level stakeholders, ideally within a start-up environment (although not essential)


What you'll do:

  • Diary scheduling and management for busy Csuite Executives, working closely with them to pick up adhoc activities as required. Ensuring time is kept for regular 121's with direct reports, management meetings, board meetings
  • Communicate directly on their behalf with external and internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling board, committee meetings, provide administrative support to members of the Executive Committee as and when required
  • Coordinating and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Handling confidential information, ensuring any sensitive documentation is appropriately managed
  • Facilitating contracts & wayleave signatures, gathering information for approval
  • Adhoc support to the company Chairman
  • Adhoc project management (e.g., Office moves)
  • Line management of Office Manager. Supporting where necessary with building/facilities management
  • Collaborate with the Head of PR & Communications to organise and facilitate companywide events, awards, and internal messaging

Skills and experience (required):

  • Extensive experience in working with Csuite Executives
  • Proactive with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Excellent planning, organizing, prioritizing skills
  • Excellent problem assessment and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proficient user of Office 365, MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc)
  • Project Coordination skills
  • Line management experience of other staff (preferred)
