West Yorkshire - Hybrid
5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Our client, an esteemed organisation, committed to providing support, advocacy and safe housing to survivors of Domestic Abuse, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery, is seeking a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Manager.

Operating across West and North Yorkshire and the Humberside, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients.

Lead the development of robust safeguarding policies and procedures

Provide expert guidance and oversight on safeguarding matters

Collaborate with the Senior Safeguarding Manager to continuously improve processes and develop external networks

Support Advocacy Workers in safeguarding clients and improving their wellbeing

Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain up-to-date risk assessments
Extensive knowledge of adult safeguarding and child protection

Proficiency in referral systems for health services and supporting mental health and wellbeing

Specialist training/accreditation in Safeguarding and/or Mental Health/Health and Wellbeing is desirable

A commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality is essential

Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle daily
