Job Description

·Assisting in the preparation of legal documents related to real estate transactions.

·Applying for searches, carrying out post completion formalities such as SDLT Land Registry applications

·Assisting with the preparation of Reports on title.

·Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases

·Collaborating with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions

·Maintaining and managing client files effectively

·Communicating with clients, agents and other parties involved in transactions

·Ensuring compliance with all legal procedures

·Contributing to the overall success of the department

Requirements:

·LPC graduate

·Strong academic background

·At least 6 months' solid real estate experience

·Proficiency in preparing legal documents and contracts.

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·The ability to work as part of a team and independently where required

·A high level of detail

·The ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
