Full Time Residential Lettings Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive 'can do' approach that has experience within the lettings sector to join our small and friendly team within our Clevedon office.
The role requires a confident and enthusiastic approach to work with a willingness to get stuck in and help whenever necessary. The role has a varied workload including administration tasks within the office and carrying out appointments outside of the office on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming and sociable team. The working environment is focussed and team centric and we are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all our clients.
You will need:
· Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work under pressure whilst providing attention to detail.
· Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· S ound knowledge of all relevant legislation.
· To be a team player and have a good sense of humour.
· A full UK driving license.
The hours are:
· Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm
· Saturdays on a rota basis – 8:45am to 2:00pm (with a day off in lieu the following week)
