    About the role

    Shape whats next in construction in a pivotal project management role with an industry leader. What you do here as a Site Agent will matter.     What you'll be doing

    When it comes to developing our people, our project management team are award winning. Joining the team as a Site Agent , you'll get to:

  • Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts
  • Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects
  • Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality

  • Who we're looking for

    To make a real impact as a Site Agent with us, you'll need:

  • Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
  • A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
  • A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
  • The ability to read technical drawings and information
  • To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
  • Experience of civil engineering / power projects
