Description
The role will involve the following in relation to SOX compliance,

  • Assist with the execution of the controls assurance and transformation activities.
  • Assist with the rollout and implementation of standardised controls across the group.
  • Create control design assessments. Work alongside Internal Audit to develop a testing plan with each of the regions for operational effectiveness. Perform remediation activities.
  • Process and review updates to control documentation to ensure updates to process flowcharts and controls are current and aligned with internal control guidelines.
  • Assist with the overall group risk assessment on Finance Controls and build controls reliance.
