- Assisting Building Surveyors on wide range of Contract Administration duties.
- Dealing with planning applications, building control, landlord and other parties for relevant approvals.
- Basic construction detailing and specification writing.
- Implementing company Quality Management and other processes on all projects.
- Develop understanding of project cost and timetable.
- Assist in preparation of specification of work and contract documentation.
- Obtain technical information or prices for work.
- Developing skills on and undertaking building defect investigation.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles.
- Full UK driving licence.
