- Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management and performance improvement
- Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract
- Work collaboratively with Trade Union Representatives
- Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
- Support a reduction in the potential for costly litigation by conducting regular and effective site HR reviews
- Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role – no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
