    What you'll do on a typical day:

    • Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management and performance improvement
    • Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and engagement strategies across the contract
    • Work collaboratively with Trade Union Representatives
    • Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
    • Support a reduction in the potential for costly litigation by conducting regular and effective site HR reviews

    What you need to succeed at GXO:

    • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role – no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
