Amazing opportunity for any legal assistants with Cat/Serious injury experience.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Serious Injury Assistant to support and assist a senior fee earner in handling all litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims.

Manage all aspects of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims, particularly those of high value or technical complexity.
Conduct continuous risk assessments throughout the progression of cases, highlighting concerns to the fee earner/line manager.
Obtain necessary evidence and liaise with medical experts.
Draft legal documents and pleadings under supervision.
Proficiency in IT systems including case management software and MS Office.
