- Handling Casualty Claims on behalf of clients, from initial call through to settlement.
- Managing your own varied caseload of claims, through telephone and written communication.
- Ensuring a consistent, first in class service is provided to all parties.
- Questioning, interview and probing where necessary to get the right result.
- Acting as the point of contact for both policyholders and brokers.
- Proven experience in handling Casualty EL/PL Claims is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
- Good time management skills are essential as well as being a well organised individual.
- Being confident in your own ability and good decision making is immensely important along with having a highly professional demeanour.

As Casualty Claims Handler, you will be responsible for handling clients' Casualty Claims from cradle to grave as part of a growing operation.
