Role Description:

Assisting the Head of Quality with all aspects of the daytoday maintenance and development of the established ISO9001:2015 and ISO22000:2018 & FSSC22000 QMS and FSMS
Ensure compliance of the quality control processes and procedures of our Formulations, Cleaning, Production, and logistics departments
Complete internal ISO/FSSC Audits and ensure readiness for the external audit process
Carrying out weekly GMP audits
Understanding of HACCP vital
Complete trend analysis of nonconforming product including inprocess rejects, quarantined products and defects
Complete weekly summary reports of rejects, Nonconformities and customer complaints
Determine root cause of NCP by using proven quality tools (8D,5Y, 5W1H & Ishikawa)

Role Profile:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a Quality Control environment
Preferred experience working in a FMCG environment
Experience with and ISO22000 and HACCP protocols a must
Outstanding presentation and reporting skills, with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels within the organisation

28 days Paid leave per annum increasing based on length of service

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
