This role is day shift based on 37.50 hours per week This role is Monday to Friday, either 8am until 4pm or 9am until 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch per day.

PLEASE NOTE A FULL, VALID DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE


Job Purpose:
The warehouse operator will assist with all warehouse activities and waste management processes on site, as follows:

  • Booking in of all materials
  • Meeting agreed production schedules via stock picking for manufacturing process orders and adhoc requests for additional materials
  • Stock control/inventory management using SAP system
  • Housekeeping ensure the warehouse facilities are kept in a compliant manner and action any housekeeping issues according
  • Shipment of materials to and from customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities and customer requirements
  • Unloading/loading of vehicles
  • Inspection and receipt of all PO related deliveries, process on SAP, label materials to the smallest pack size, locate within racking/fridge/freezer, sampling of materials.
  • Creation of material packs for materials that require QA/QC approval
  • Cleaning of sample room and cabinet, cleaning of flow booth (weekly)
  • Manual Material Requests (identify location, pick material, process on SAP)
  • BOM picks (identify locations, pick materials, process on SAP)
  • Cycle counting
  • Prep of materials for shipment, completion of documentation, physical packing and loading of shipments, activation of temp monitors etc
  • Site waste uplift arrangement with waste contractor
  • Management of waste slab
  • Monitoring and acknowledgment of equipment temp alarms
  • Ordering of PPE for site (looking to transfer to mfg ?)
  • All FLT checks
  • Creation of Risk Assessments for area
  • Van drop off runs to departments
  • Fire extinguisher checks (warehouse & 1-3)
  • Freezer checks (physical) and documented
  • Expired materials, remove from stocks
  • Creation of CD forms for sign off by senior management
  • Ad-hoc Picks
  • QMS Work
  • Searching for stock
  • Previous warehousing experience
  • GMP experience
  • Counter balance, REACH or VNA fork lift truck licence/experience would be beneficial
  • Full, valid driving licence

Salary:
£22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
