We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operatives to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team in Slough.


Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and void properties.

Ensuring that all maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivering efficiently and to a professionally high standard; working flexibly, alone or within a team and completing works within required timescales and deadline.

Providing an out of hours service provision on a rota or other basis
Using mobile devices and/or work sheets correctly, ensuring actions are completed and in real time.


Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
