Description

The key responsibilities of an E-Learning Designer are:

Work with SMEs to understand learning outcomes and how they are achieved through the development or course ware
Advise on learning techniques
Identify training needs, provide direction and develop materials
Review course ware

Profile

The successful E-Learning Designer will have good knowledge of instructional design and development with relevant qualifications in Instructional Design or E-Learning.

You will be creative with an innovative approach to design and development.
