CPS Group UK are currently recruiting for an award winning and rapidly growing managed IT services consultancy who are looking for an experienced Field IT Engineer.

We are keen to speak to any support engineers that have strong 1st/2nd line support experience with great customer facing skills who possess or are eligible for SC clearance.

You will predominantly be operating within the North London to Luton areas.

Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite and remote technical support services to customers.

Resolve issues in a competent manner, whilst communicating professionally with the customer and members of the Service Desk, Infrastructure and Professional Services teams.

Windows 10

SCCM
1st/2nd line support
Excellent face to face communication skills as well as telephone.
