- Extensive SQL experience is a must
- Experience supporting Front Office users (Traders, Schedulers and intermediary users)
- Strong analytical acumen - Provide tactical and strategic solutions and deliver tangible business value & benefit.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of systems such as Trayport and Openlink Endur.
- Attention to detail, investigating logs from various applications, and liaising with Developers/vendors to find solutions to issues.
- Take the initiative to do deep-dive investigations on issues as opposed to passing the issue on to developers.
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated attitude
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
