Responsibilities

• Take orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice valueOutbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher saleBuild long term rapport with local customersActively promote offers, discounts and customer competitionsLimit credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first timePunctual, organised and efficient whilst working towards deadlinesPro active and enthusiastic when speaking with customersDemonstrate empathy towards customersHave previous experience in a similar environmentEssential requirements The successful candidate must have a professional telephone manner and possess excellent communication, organisation & time management skills.
