- Managing the cross selling of services
- Liaison with our Area Manager and Branch teams to influence performance
- Liaison with our Marketing teams to deliver on strategy
- Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy on developments of varying sizes
- Account management with our developer clients ensuring opportunities for repeat business
- Visiting developments and branches within the area
- Internal reporting where necessary
- Attending conferences and management meetings where required
- Auditing of branches and sites to check actions are followed
- Working with our Land and New Business staff to help identify opportunities for future business
- Working with conveyancers and brokers to maximise sales pipeline conversion
- Estate Agency experience essential
- New homes sales experience either for a developer or within estate agency (both would be an advantage)
- A passion for customer service
- Ability to manage and influence others

- Ability to adapt to the varying needs of others
- IT literate
- Up to date knowledge of marketing tools
