As a Front End Web Developer at Mission10, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality web experiences. This position involves crafting new websites and enhancing existing ones with innovative features to meet our clients' diverse needs. This role requires you to work from our office in Aberdeen two days per week. This arrangement allows for flexible work-life balance while encouraging team collaboration and innovation.

Role responsibilitiesLead the front-end development of new sites using Craft CMSContinuously innovate and enhance functionality for existing web projectsProactively identify and resolve bugs to ensure high operational standardsBring creative ideas to life, ensuring functional and aesthetic standards are metCreate and maintain reusable code and libraries to facilitate future projectsIdeal CandidateStrong skills in HTML5, CSS, SASS and JavaScriptExperience with contemporary CMSs and familiarity with issues of cross-browser compatibility, testing and QAExperience with Tailwind CSS & Alpine JSKnowledge of Craft CMS/PHPExperience with component-based design and developmentCompetent with Git for version controlDemonstrable track record managing multiple website projectsProactive, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality outputPrioritises impact
