Quality Management Officer
Location:
Southampton (on-site)
Salary:
£35,000 - £45,000
This is an important role in ensuring the business runs smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service.
The key activities include:
- Working with each Department to facilitate implementation and maintenance of all BMS procedures to promote consistency and quality in the delivery of all activities across the organisation.
- Coordination of the organisational training system to identify, organise and record the training activities for all staff. To include mandatory HSE, soft skills, roll out of new procedures, IT security, new or changes to client services.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- To assist in the drafting of procedures and creation of flow charts in Visio in conjunction with each Department members.
- To organise and facilitate Internal Audits of procedures.
- To maintain the documentation in the eQMS.
- Ensure all nonconformances, risks and opportunities are captured and recorded in the eQMS.
- Assist in problem solving activities.
- Oversee the AVASK Training Management System.
- Assist in analysis of data for performance review.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Quality management systems ISO 9001 is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to listen and understand people's requirements.
- Attention to detail.
