- Reporting to Head of Operations, build a deep understanding of processes, systems and day-to-day challenges within the operational teams, documenting 'as is' processes and recommending strategy for improvements.
- Documenting processes and ensuring Operational teams maintain these.
- Relationship building with Systems Analysts to gain a clear picture of their operational role and requirements, and documenting these.
- Effectively capitalise on team MI and analytics to help decision making.
- Reviewing business problems and informing seniors of downstream impacts.
- Review all Business requirement documents (BRD) in detail before signing off.
- To act as point of contact within projects to identity potential operational impacts early on in process to understand impact on the team.
- Minimum 4 years' as a Business Analyst in Financial Services (ideally asset management)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Miryco Consultant is hiring on behalf of a leading asset manager in the City of London.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with knowledge of Operational Change in an asset management/trading environment to take on a full-time 12 month fixed-term-contract, with view to extend.
