We are seeking aRegisteredManager to join a 5 bed Emotional Behavioural Difficulties Children's Home.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 40 hrs/week (will need to come in for emergencies)
As a Registered Manager, ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, company policies and procedures and all standards at all times, achieving and maintaining an Ofsted rating of at least 'Good', with Outstanding being the goal
Accountability for effectively managing financial viability and for meeting and, where possible, exceeding agreed targets
Comply with Safeguarding Children's procedures at all times, ensuring all safeguarding risks are acted upon immediately
Comply with the Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times
Ensure that the highest standards of person-centred childcare that is focussed on obtaining the best outcomes for each child / young person within the home
Provide leadership and coaching in childcare practice within the home to ensure best outcomes
Provide feedback to the Operations Director regarding service affairs including staff performance, reporting of incidences, share knowledge or making suggestions to improve service
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experienced Ofsted registeredmanager
Within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
Worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a children's home
Demonstrate excellence in planning and prioritising workload
