- Produce structural models, drawings and schedules.
- Liaise with senior managers, engineers and other stakeholders to produce drawings and blueprints for specific projects.
- Design technical solutions for buildings and other structures.
- Ensure all plans are accurate and can be easily interpretated.
- Transforming multiple plans and incorporating them into a single computer model which can then be used to build and maintain each projects requirement.
- Engineering / technical qualification
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of BIM, ISO and BS relevant standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer focus – ability to fully understand their requirements and developing the relevant solutions
