    The Role

    To actively manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent service and identifying further opportunities through understanding the client's needs. To proactively grow, manage and retain clients, by developing new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship Management

    ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    ·Identify opportunities to grow revenue through up selling or cross selling to current client bank.

    ·Actively manage all leads passed from business and professional introducers.

    Revenue and Business Development

    ·Identify and maximise new sales opportunities.

    ·Attend relevant industry events and identify new business opportunities.

    ·Deliver presentations to potential introducers and employees outlining our proposition and service.

    ·Manage the annual review process ensuring compliance.

    Management Information

    ·Maintain accurate management information and data relating to client contact strategies.

    ·Generate appropriate monthly reporting, information, and statistics.

    ·Follow Park Hall Financial Services procedures when conducting all client related activity.

    Compliance

    ·Adhere to Park Hall Financial Services compliance standards in all processes, including Treating Customers Fairly.

    ·Manage activities and administration, demonstrating best practise, that will meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

    Skills and Qualifications

    ·Minimum requirement: Level 4 qualification in financial advice recognised by the Financial Conduct Authority

    Permanent, Full-Time, salary £40-50k depending on experience.
