- Strong grasp of data structuring, statistical modeling and analytics tools
- SQL (MUST) and Python programming skills (Optional); experience building data pipelines
- Knowledge of visualization and business intelligence tools like Qlik (MUST), Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Problem-solving attitude leveraging both quantitative skills and business acumen
- Ability to clearly communicate technical analysis to stakeholders at all levels
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities
