    Regional Training Manager Cheshire / Stoke on Trent
    Paying around £50k Including Car Allowance

    LHH has partnered with a leading commercial private sector company that is looking for an experienced Regional Training Manager to join their team.

    As the Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring teams receive the training and development necessary to excel in their positions.

    Your primary focus will involve designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles.

    By nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will contribute to the professional growth and success of team members and the overall business.

    Collaborate with Pub Managers, Head Chefs, and senior leaders to identify training needs and develop effective programs to address them.

    Design and develop training materials, including online resources, guides, and visual aids, to create engaging and informative learning experiences.

    Deliver training sessions through both in-person and digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging, interactive, and easily digestible.
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collecting feedback and making adjustments to enhance programs continually.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and engaging.
    Manage apprenticeship programs.

    Demonstrated experience in learning and development within the hospitality industry.
    Strong operational knowledge of hospitality industry practices, with expertise in food, cask ales, and wine being advantageous.
    Creative flair for crafting engaging and impactful training content.
    Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate various learning styles.
    Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives concurrently.
    Flexibility and willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    Relevant qualifications such as AET, CIPD, or equivalent training/coaching certifications. Valid UK driving license.
