    Conference Aston is looking to appoint a Guest Services Manager to work closely with and take direction from the Building Service Manager and Operations Manager to help drive the customer experience and ensure actions are taken to improve the customer journey.

    This role will provide effective duty management by leading and motivating the onsite team during the service periods. In this varied role the role holder will assist all departments where necessary, to ensure delegates and guests receive the highest level of customer service. The post holder will also be responsible for all emergency and safety arrangements during the shift.

    Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in hospitality management, you will have experience of working in the hospitality sector in a supervisory capacity and duty manager experience. Experience of emergency and evacuation procedures, alongside in house IT management booking systems and standard MS office software is essential.

    The post holder will work 5 days in 7 on a varied shift pattern.
