    Description

    My client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Chester, full time in office.

    They are a leading designer and producer of medical devices for a range of medical fields, with their headquarters being based in China.

    It is a fantastic opportunity to join the team in office, working Monday – Friday from 8:30AM – 5:00pm on a permanent basis.

    Help to provide solutions where kit/implant availability is an issue.
    Help develop procedures that insure consistent elevated levels of customer service.
    Be the point of contact for customers and salespeople advising/supporting where necessary to aid growth of the businesses.

    To be a proactive member of the Customer Services Team, giving support and advice to other team members where necessary.

    Help motivate and foster a team ethic through all operation functions.
    Follow all standard operating procedures and quality and regulatory guidelines.
    Experience in similar customer service role.

    Language:
    Good comprehension of written and spoken English
