• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Mechanical or Plumbing background
• Commercial and contractual understanding
• Full clean driving license
• Willingness to undergo a DBS full disclosure
• Experience across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Commercial Property
• Fully IT literate with CRM systems understanding
• To be able to understand specification documents and be able to produce full take off's from mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Mechanical project range £1 – 6 million.
• Calculating costs for materials, transport, labour, equipment hire, permits, and other project-related expenses.

• Preparing and submitting quotations for smaller works up to £1 million for contractor's design style projects with limited information available.
• Desire to want to progress into renewable technologies
