    A small, privately owned construction and project delivery consultancy are now looking for a Clerk of Works to support them with their projects mainly around London and the M25.


    The successful Clerk of Works will be required to fulfil day to day clerk of works responsibilities, including snagging across University Accommodations, Build to Rent and Commercial Office Properties.

    Quality Assurance
    Report writing
    Liaising with contractors and surveyors on siteIt would be beneficial if you had ICWCI, however it is not necessary.
