    Role Summary/Purpose of Job

    Experienced InTapp Developer to join the Application Platforms team. The person in this role will work closely with the Product and Application Platforms teams and other key stakeholders from across the business to implement the agreed technical changes required in order to develop and maintain solutions and integrations within the firm's current InTapp implementation, whilst also providing support to users in the production environment as required within an outsourced application support model. - Deliver on agreed the product roadmap changes - Work with the Product Specialist to identify any future enhancement - Develop fixes of complex problems in systems and services - Estimates size of complex backlog items - Translation of backlog items into engineering design and scaling units of work i.e. Task or Spikes - Review and sign off Implementation of backlog items with support teams - Deliver continuous improvements - Ability to confidently communicate within a scrum team - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Flexibility in thinking and in attitude, with the ability to accept a change in priorities as necessary.

    Overview of Function

    There are three key towers in the IT organisation: Technology, Data and Product. Technology is made up of Technology Services, concerned with systems support and the run and maintenance of systems, Technology Delivery is concerned with delivering technology change into the Business and Architecture that is concerned with supporting the delivery functions in IT in delivering to the Business agenda and expectations.

    Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

    • Responsible for InTapp development, provide expertise in the design, architecture and development of the InTapp suite.
    • Responsible for InTapp administration – respond to user requests and queries relating to all aspects of the InTapp system, working quickly and effectively to resolve problems in the production environment.
    • Deliver timely fixes of complex problems in systems and services.
    • Estimates size of complex backlog items and delivery these through sprints
    • Responsible for the translation of backlog items into engineering design and scaling units of work i.e. Task or Spikes
    • Responsible fro reviewing and signing off Implementation of backlog items with support teams
    • Write and verifies code which adheres to acceptance criteria for complex integrations between applications across the board
    • Introduce application of product development best practices
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
    • Flexibility in thinking and in attitude, with the ability to accept a change in priorities as necessary
    • Demonstrate understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business
    • Engage fully with the vendor and Product Specialist, developing an in-depth knowledge of the roadmap and continuously feedback on the firm's experiences to help shape the future direction of the products.
    • Implement all aspects of an application's lifecycle: secure design, coding, security, encryption, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development, and testing.
    • Ensure the system is secure, well maintained and complaint with internal governance
    • Offer support on product functionality to the business analysts to enhance product features and identify new use-cases.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
    • Experience in software development standards and best practice full stack
    • Experience with project management and enhancement
