    The opportunity:

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is excelling in design and looking to expand and grow in their career. We are seeking a multi-disciplinary designer to support the needs of our international businesses. You will be helping to synchronise the brand across the different live countries and any new coming to the market. You could be working on social campaigns one day then improving the e-commerce experience another day. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and understanding of implementing a brand across multiple channels and formats.

    You will be supported by the Global Head of Design & UX and the International team as the business expands.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Help in the development of our design systems and evolve the Blackcircles brand across digital channels as well as other non-digital formats
    • Deliver day to day design tasks requested from the business with support from Global Head of Design and UX (multi-channel campaigns, responsive web design, e-commerce support, social design)
    • Create on brand high quality visually engaging outputs
    • Being a pro with the Adobe Creative suite and Figma or equivalent tools
    • Create high-fidelity mock-ups that help show how we are solving a problem

    Key personal criteria:

    • 3+ years within a creative agency or in-house at a leading brand
    • Proven experience of successfully delivering design in brand, responsive website design and campaigns.
    • Have an eye on the craft and detail but don't lose sight of the bigger picture
    • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing workflow and to prioritise when ad hoc tasks are introduced
    • Curious about data and the benefits it brings design
    • A varied portfolio of great examples showing us you can take a problem to execution is expected no matter what format
    • Ideally educated to degree level in a Design or related discipline but not a prerequisite
    • Proactively mindset to be on top of the latest industry trends and techniques to ensure we are at the forefront of content production

    Nice to have but not essential:

    • Familiarity with the eCommerce space
    • Knowledge of retail media
    • Additional spoken language
    • Motion design
    • An interest in the automotive industry is advantageous.

    What we will offer:

    • Annual salary £32k - £36k per annum (dependent on experience).
    • Pension provision - we pay 5% of your base salary as an employer's contribution
