Finance Business Partner -Permanent - up to £45,000pa - Corby - Office Based - Full Time

Looking for a driven individual to develop their career further looking for a Finance Business Partner , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making in our dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the operational teams to analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize performance
Assist with Month Financial statements, budgets and forecasts
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
Lead the management accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive business growthRequirements:

Qualified or Part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (study support provided) or QBE
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skill
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
