The

Marketing Communications Executive ensures practical, day-to-day co-ordination of marcomms activities for the Promat Brand in the UK & Ireland. The role requires management of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns, marketing activities, and support Promat sales activities to the agreed timescales and costs.

The role requires an individual that can work as part of a larger team and understands the bigger scope.

Under guidance of the Head of Digital and Promat Marcomms this position is an integral part of the UK Marketing Team working closely with the Promat Product Manager and Head of Sales.


Marketing within Etex Building Performance consists of Product Management, Innovation, Strategy, Market Research and Marketing Communications and supports the brands of Siniat and Promat.

We work together as a team to achieve common projects and everyone on the team knows and executes their part of the project on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the execution of a Promat Marcomms plan in line with predefined strategy and customer journey.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Agency (PR and Campaign team), Product Manager, and sales team to help define and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Marketing projects content (online and offline advertising, video, photography, PR, social media, etc.)
  • Liaise with Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Manager to support content management (copywriting, technical and commercial collaterals).
  • Collaborate with our product and technical departments to ensure content is accurate, highquality, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Communication staff to advise and implement digital media campaigns to align with communication and broader business strategies.
  • Ensure that all campaigns have clear KPIs and metrics in place to help drive the right deliverables at each stage of the campaign.
  • Support the Head of Digital and Promat Digital Executive perform relevant administrative tasks and keep abreast of digital technology trends.
  • Support event management and administration (discuss contracts, transport, administration, planning, etc.)
  • Provide sales support (first line support with questions from Sales Managers).
  • Provide General Administration support (purchase requisitions, invoice checking, etc.).
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager.

About You:

The role holder will be involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimisation process. It is therefore essential that they have hands-on managing campaigns and has proven experience in a similar position. The role holder will be focused, always keeping the objectives in mind. They will be tenacious, ensuring they always see projects through from beginning to end.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in marketing, with experience in a B2B industry and building industry and ideally from a UK construction or manufacturing business.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a communications role, preferably within the building industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with industry related journalists, and maintain a media database.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, and an outofthebox thinker
