Service Co-Ordinator
I am currently recruiting for a temporary Service Co-Ordinator for my client based in Telford.

Pay - £11.53/ph - £12.74/ph depending on experience

Free parking

Responsibilities:

Manage Technician workload
Ensure daily contact with Service Technicians and assist where required
Source required parts, raise purchase orders
Complete customer forms for new accounts
Resolve customer complaints or queries directly and quickly
Work flexibly to perform any other duties required

Skills and experience:

Experience within a customer service environment
Proven track record in customer support to both internal and external customers
Strong administrative experience
Competent in Microsoft office
Ability to multitask

Salary:
£11.53-£12.74 per hour
