Day to day duties will include:
Machine setting and operating for a range of different machinery and quality checking.
Operate to strict Health & Safety policies and procedures
Meet challenging targets for product quality and efficiency
Work flexibility and effectively as part of a team or individually
Assist in continuous improvement activities
Work methodically with good housekeeping and hygiene standards

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

  • Good mechanical aptitude (Desirable)
  • Physically fit (Essential)
  • Eye for detail (Essential)
  • Reliable & punctual (Essential)
  • Team Player (Essential)
  • Must own transport due to the location of the company
Logistics Workforce are responsible for placing thousands of dedicated operatives out to work every day across the Midlands. Job categories include; Order picking, Warehouse, Stores, Despatch, Packing, Assembly, Machine operating and FLT Driving.
