Tech: C++, Unreal Engine, Optimisation, Tooling, Multiplayer Infrastructure

Location: Remote (UK)

Compensation: £110k to £130k base + Equity

A well funded start-up working on an innovative AAA quality Sandbox title built on Unreal Engine 5+ with a lean, design focussed team.

Role

A hands-on technical director position with responsibility for building and owning key aspects of the core platform including multiplayer infrastructure and Unreal Engine optimisation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning development and optimisation of core platform.
• Building and leading a team of experts working remotely in the UK.
• Contributing technical expertise to influence design decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience building and leading remote teams.
• Experience digging deeper with Unreal Engine 5 and not relying on out of the box functionality.
