Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation to recruit for a temporary payroll officer. This role will be split between home and the office based in Liverpool. You will be managing the end to end payroll process for over 300 staff.

Description
Reporting into the payroll manager the successful payroll officer will have the following duties:

  • Processing payroll
  • 320
  • Managing payroll queries
  • Pensions
- ensuring accurate data is entered

  • Timesheets electronically


  • Processing

  • SSP/SMP/SPP/P45/P60
  • Supporting the manager with reporting
  • Updating records/attachment of earnings
  • Additional ad hoc finance duties

Profile

The successful payroll officer will have:

  • Proven track record in the same role
  • Experience of end to end payroll
  • Fast paced environment experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised
