    We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rotherham to assist with the appointment of a Property Development Consultant, on a 3- month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

    Rate of Pay : £ £450.00 per Day

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide effective leadership, management and direction to designated teams,individuals, and managers, ensuring appropriate support is in place, standards aremaintained and learning and development needs are identified and addressed.
    • Prepare service plans and produce team action plans ensuring an outcome focusedapproach to prioritisation of resources and performance.
    • Participate in research, audit and benchmarking activities to develop, implement andmonitor performance, standards of service delivery and service user satisfaction.
    • Plan and implement developments and improvements in the service to meet legislativerequirements and local and national priorities to ensure provision of a high quality,efficient, customer focused service.
    • Ensure that employees within the service take a holistic view of presenting customers,including taking responsibility for appropriate redirection and signposting of customersto other areas if appropriate to ensure customers do not fall through gaps in serviceprovision.
    • Provide professional advice and support to direct reports, other staff, multi agenciesand the general public.

    Qualifications:

    • Level 7 qualification e.g. Post Graduate Certificates and Diplomas with extensive experience inthe relevant specialist area and other related areas of work, or a wider range of areas

    • This role requires an enhanced DBS
