**Customer Service Advisor

  • Salford
  • Up to £23,000**This a great opportunity to get into the property sector, using all your previous customer service experience, to assist with the promotion and day to day enquiries for one of the most exclusive residential buildings in the North West, which is owned and managed by an awardwinning FTSE 250 property company
As a Customer Service Advisor you will play an integral part in the occupancy levels of the building.

You will be the first point of contact for potential new clients and the go to person for existing residents.

Ideally you will have previous experience within property but this is not essential.


Being the largest registered "landlord" in the country, this very successful but still growing business promote diversity within their organisation and are also doing all they can to create more diversity and inclusion within the property sector as a whole.


What you will be doing

  • Be the first line of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable and accurate information about homes available to rent
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged quickly and accurately on the CRM system
  • Build rapport with customers, positioning them well to meet the onsite resident services team for viewings
  • Use the applicant database to make phone enquiries and convert them into leads where possible
  • Qualify leads according to the company applicant criteria
  • Book customers onto viewings
  • Keep up to date with the companies proposition, key messages and developments
  • Undertake regular audits of the system to ensure records are up to date, statuses are correct and duplicate records are cleared.

You will have

  • Customer focused with a commitment to and passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, communication and rapport building skills
  • Good attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills; experience in using Outlook, Word and Excel and able to learn new software systems quickly
  • Highly motivated, flexible, proactive and adaptable to change
  • Friendly and engaging phone manner
  • Experience with CRM systems or maintain data records would be beneficial
  • Previous sales or telesales experience in a call centre or face to face sales would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of basic property legislation would be beneficial

You will receive

  • Up to £23,000 annual salary depending on experience
