The role

  • Responsible for collaborating with Wellbeing Champions to understand and map the Wellbeing activity currently taking place across the organisation.
  • To develop, implement and manage Wellbeing initiatives/events across the organisation utilising the Champion community and internal communications to deploy initiatives, build awareness and engage all colleagues
  • Engage with Colleagues across the organisation and especially People Leaders to promote awareness, understanding and uptake of wellbeing materials and resources to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters all aspects of wellbeing.
  • Utilising and analysing key data sets to create a report on Wellbeing with measurable targets which can be shared widely across the organisation to be used as benchmark and success criteria
  • Supports the Wellbeing Community by leading the community forum and sharing best practise to provide greater support for our people. Through the community, the Wellbeing Lead will report on progress against key global activity, celebrating success and identifying key opportunities for improvement.
  • Acts as a point of contact for Wellbeing across the organisation
  • Supports and facilitates internal teams in the embedding of Wellbeing across the organisation

What you bring

  • Ideally qualifications in Human Resources, Public Health, Psychology or other related field with relevant experience in wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Passionate and proven experience in implementing Wellbeing initiatives across a global organisation which have made a difference.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships quickly and easily
  • Excellent project management and execution delivery skills, with the ability to drive delivery through a network of key stakeholders at varying levels across the organisation
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the Wellbeing Space and seen as an SME in that field
  • Proven experience of wellbeing as part of an Employee Value Proposition and ability to influence the agenda around Wellbeing providing focus and clarity on greatest impact
  • Ability to analyse data and insights for reporting purposes providing a clear definition and organisation understanding of ROI in the Wellbeing field
  • Have perseverance in the face of obstacles and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Display a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team with colleagues in person and around the world.
  • Are customer focused and driven to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
