Have you supported children or young adults with SEN needs?

At YSA Education, we support Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Alternative Provisions in and around the Northampton area.

These schools support students between the age ranges of years old, develop their education skills, life skills as well as ensuring each student reaches their full potential with the right tailored support.

You will be supporting students with Social Emotional Mental Health, Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.


As a Cover Supervisor your role will be to supervising a classroom of SEN students whilst the teacher is absent from the classroom.

All work will be pre-planned by the Teacher, you will be expected to deliver the lesson whilst maintaining a settled order within the classroom.


  • Able to promote positive attitudes and good behaviour
  • Able to deal with conflict and incidents promptly
  • Act as a role model to students
  • Willingness to support classroom teachers
  • Able to supply accurate feedback to the teacher based upon the lesson.

£80.00-£95.00 per day
