    The Business Systems Team are responsible for the design, delivery, and management of these key business applications. Softcat is a £1billion+ technology solutions business and trusted partner to names like Apple, Microsoft and Adobe.

    Offering a growing portfolio of services including software licensing, cyber security and IT infrastructure, we give our technical teams the tools and support to make exciting things happen.

    Softcat are embarking on a CRM Replacement Project which requires a Business Analyst who will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements for the replacement of the current CRM system.

    This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

    This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the new CRM system not only meets technical specifications but also aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and delivers tangible business value.

    As a Business Analyst - CRM Implementation Project , you'll be responsible for:

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their CRM requirements.
    Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive business needs.
    Create clear and detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs)
    Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives
    Collaborate with solution architects and designers to develop the CRM system's functional design.
    Participate in test planning and work with the Test Lead to coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
    Verify that the CRM system meets specified requirements and functions correctly.
    Assist in developing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new CRM system.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementation or replacement projects.
    Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
    Knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality.
    Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
    Knowledge of industry-specific CRM best practices
