Description
Be a cross-organisational link between the owners, users, and suppliers of specified national IT Services.

Following ITIL guidelines, negotiate and gain agreement on IT Service requirements, service levels and procedures between users and suppliers of IT services across organisational boundaries and complex IT infrastructures.

Represent the Service Management organisation at relevant meetings when required by their team leader or line manager.

Utilise developed communication skills to engage with, advise and train IT managers, project teams, departments and other large groups on the requirements and complexities of ITIL Service Management.
