Description
We have multiple opportunities for
STE5 Building Surveyors/Examiners for roles based around the UK. These are permanent roles with long term work.

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have experience in carrying out inspections to Network Rail standards
  • Ideally be fully STE5 competent, or have experience in building examination
  • Have rail experience and preferably hold a PTS
  • Be fully computer literate
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Have good planning skills, be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent organisation skills

The package for these roles are dependent on experience.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Licence/Certification:

  • STE5/STE05 comptency or building surveying experience (required)
